Kitten Policy
PLEASE NOTE OUR WAITING LIST IS CURRENTLY FULL AND WE DON'T ACCEPT NEW KITTEN APPLICATIONS AT THE MOMENT
* Dark Moon Maine Coon kittens leave our home between 14-16 weeks of age and are vaccinated, micro-chipped, spayed/neutered and registered with SACC.
* Our kittens are sold only to approved homes with a signed adoption contract between ourselves (the breeder) and the new owner.
* No kittens are sold for breeding or leave our home without being spayed/neutered.
* Our kittens must remain as indoor cats with supervised access to a safe, cat secure (and escape proof) garden or catio.
* We can fly our kittens to any major airports in South Africa at additional cost (we use BidAir Pet Lounge service and the estimated local flight cost is +/- R 1000)
Our kittens will leave our home with:
* Certified pedigree from SACC
* Transfer form for change of ownership
* Vaccination booklet
* Small toy and a soft blanket
* Printed or emailed information about care and feeding
* Adoption contract with health guarantee
* Frozen raw food they are used to for first few days in their new home (if not flying)
* Our assurance that we can be contacted anytime for advice and help if required

* We reserve the right to refuse placement of any kitten, at any time, if we feel it's not in the best interest of our kittens.
